Condense AI Agents are built into the Condense platform and are designed to assist users with platform operations, infrastructure monitoring, and application development.

Each AI Agent specializes in a specific operational domain and uses a collection of tools to retrieve information, analyze resources, or perform supported tasks.

No additional installation is required. Once AI Agents are enabled for your organization, they are available directly within the Condense platform.

Before You Begin

Before using AI Agents, ensure that:

• You have access to a Condense organization.
• AI Agents have been enabled for your organization.
• You have the necessary permissions to access the resources you want to query.
• The required platform components (such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, or Version Control integrations) are configured and accessible.

Available AI Agents

Condense currently provides the following AI Agents:

AI Agent	Primary Responsibility
Kafka Agent	Kafka operations, metadata, topics, schemas, consumer groups, and message retrieval.
Kubernetes Agent	Kubernetes resources, connector logs, Kafka resources, services, jobs, and Schema Registry.
Grafana Monitoring Agent	Grafana alert diagnosis, Prometheus metrics, and infrastructure monitoring.
Coding Agent	Generates applications, connectors, transforms, project structure, and test cases with optional GitHub or GitLab integration.

Each AI Agent accepts requests related to its supported domain.

Depending on the selected agent, users can:

• Retrieve operational information.

The selected AI Agent automatically invokes the appropriate tool required to complete the requested task.

AI Agents respect the Condense Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model.
